Quality of life depends on the realization of personal goals, respect of the community, and the ability to make choices in our lives.
The HRDS program provides behavior modification and vocational skills instruction for adults who are developmentally disabled. Our program is based in natural settings within the community and is designed for individuals who are behaviorally challenged and can benefit from active treatment in the areas of behavior management, as well as, development in the areas of self-advocacy, sensory-motor, communication, mobility, social, community integration, and vocational skills. Special emphasis is placed on job skills development.

It is the mission of High Road Developmental Services to provide programs with support and training for developmentally disabled adults to provide the same quality of life we all strive for.
The mission of High Road Developmental Services is based on the knowledge that disabled individuals should have the chance to become productive members of society. HRDS draws upon the experience and expertise of its staff members who have worked with the developmentally disabled population for many years.
HRDS’ values are to provide the best services to the developmentally disabled community, to treat clients with respect and dignity, to promote client choice, independence and responsibility, and to protect clients’ rights and respect differences.
